Having been unable to fish the Rivers since July 2019 due to weather conditions and River levels I managed to squeeze in a few hours with a close friend Neil Darling and as you can see we managed to find the odd Thymallus Thymallus..... Happy days.

A short video featuring Karl Humphries talking about Natural Resources Wales. A day out at Groves Farm. Pictures are of Sewin up to 3 lbs taken on bling spiders on a 9 foot 5 weight outfit. An evening on Groves Farms, produced some nice Grayling and Brown Trout. It's May Fly timeLate afternoon/evening at Lamaload Reservoir with Neil Darling & his father-on-law, Lew Riches. It was Lew's fish time fishing Lamaload and he had 3 beautiful rainbows and a glorious brown trout which fell to wet and dry may flies. Somewhere over the rainbowA day in June on the May. Myself, Dave Boardman & Neil Darling, he's the one without the hat. Had a wonderful day fishing on Prince Albert Angling Society Water Lamaload Reservoir. Three rods caught 88 fish, all on the dries. A great days fishing at Gwernan Lake with perch, brown trout and sewin (sea trout) caught. The mayfly have started making an appearance on the Rivers Dee and Dane   |
