It's May Fly timeLate afternoon/evening at Lamaload Reservoir with Neil Darling & his father-on-law, Lew Riches. It was Lew's fish time fishing Lamaload and he had 3 beautiful rainbows and a glorious brown trout which fell to wet and dry may flies. Somewhere over the rainbowA day in June on the May. Myself, Dave Boardman & Neil Darling, he's the one without the hat. Had a wonderful day fishing on Prince Albert Angling Society Water Lamaload Reservoir. Three rods caught 88 fish, all on the dries. During the Grayling Society's symposium and AGM in October an auction is held to raise funds for the Grayling Research Trust. This selection of hand tied grayling flies will be one of the lots.
I enjoy taking time to help others develop their casting or fishing skills. At a recent Grayling Society event I had the pleasure of sharing a few tips with a another member.
